Best honest high quality service and prices in the area. Have had some major engine repair and most recently a radiator replaced. Very fair price and quick repair. We also use this shop for oil changes.

I have brought many cars here over the years. I trust the mechanics and service writer to do what they see fit. I recently brought my 2020 Subaru outback in for a check engine light. They had previous knowledge of the issue that was going on based on Subaru standards. They went above and beyond the call of duty by reaching out to a local Subaru dealer to share the code that they found in the issue in my car. To which they informed me that the service outright would cost $3000 versus going to the dealership and getting it under warranty. They didn’t have to do this, they chose to do this. That is why I stand behind this business and whoever is running it. Your team is doing a wonderful job. Thank you so much for your honesty, that doesn’t come frequently in the car industry. There needs to be more car repair businesses like this out there.

I brought my 2020 Genesis G70 3.3 T automobile into Roswell Auto Center for a front brake job on December 14, 2025. The car was in mint condition with only 39,000 miles on it. On December 16, 2025 Carl called me and said that the car was involved in an incident while under his care. The technician who was repairing the brakes backed the car out of the bay and the pedal went to the floor. The result was my car sustained catastrophic damage. At first Carl assured me he would take of everything and the car would be returned to me in the same condition that I brought it in. He even gave me his personal cell number so I can always reach him and keep me updated. After Six weeks at Sun Valley Collision center, the car was declared a total loss. At that point Carl basically ghosted me. He ignored my texts and didn’t or wouldn’t answer my calls. When I went to see him in person he basically told me to deal with the insurance company. After fighting with the insurance for two months I was forced to take less money.than the car was worth. I purchased a used auto for more than the insurance gave. All I want is for Roswell Auto Center to make me whole. To this point they have refused to even d

I don’t write reviews but I wanted to write one after the fantastic service I received here for many years. I have been going to Roswell Auto for a decade. I know that when I go there, they will give me honest feedback and only tell me what my car needs at an affordable price. I would recommend Roswell auto to my family and all of my friends. I have found Roswell Auto Center to be light years ahead of their competitors. Carl, the owner, is dedicated to offering top notch service and his hallmark is honesty with all work performed to perfection at a fair price. He runs the most professional auto repair shop that I have ever seen. The next time that you are in need of a car repair or service, take your car to Roswell Auto Center.
